Terms and Conditions for English Olympiad (Class 3 & 4)

Eligibility

  • The Olympiad is open to students studying in Class 3 and Class 4 from recognized schools across India.

Registration and Contribution:

  • Each participant must register through their school or the authorized online platform.
  • A small contribution or donation may be requested to support the organization and smooth conduct of the Olympiad.
  • Once made, the contribution or donation is non-refundable.
  • Incomplete or incorrect registration details may lead to disqualification.

Exam Format:

  • The Olympiad will consist of objective-type (multiple-choice) questions.
  • The test will assess grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, spelling, and sentence usage skills.
  • The total duration of the exam will be 20 minutes.

Exam Mode:

  • The Olympiad may be conducted online.
  • Students taking the online test must ensure a stable internet connection and a working device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).

Attempt Policy:

  • Each student is allowed to participate only once.
  • If a student attempts the Olympiad more than once, only the first attempt will be considered for the final evaluation and result.

Conduct and Fairness:

  • Participants must not use any unfair means, external help, or reference materials during the test.
  • This is going to be AI generated proctored test so the participants must not use any unfair.
  • Any misconduct or malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.

Results and Evaluation:

  • The evaluation will be conducted centrally by the organizing committee.
  • Results will be declared on the official website or shared with participating schools.
  • The decision of the organizing body regarding ranking, awards, and evaluation will be final and binding.
  • No request for re-evaluation or score review will be entertained.

The Total Prize worth is ₹1,51,000 :

  • 🥈 Second Prize: ₹31000 + Medal

  • 🥉 Third Prize: ₹21000 + Medal

  • 🎖️ 10 Consolation Prizes: Rs. 2100 Cash award + Medal to 10 winners
  • State-Level Winners: Each state topper will receive a Medal of Achievement.
  • District-Level Winners: Each district topper will receive a Medal of Recognition.
  • School-Level Winners: Each school topper will receive a Medal of Excellence.
  • All participants will be awarded Participation Certificates.

Use of Student Information:

  • Participant information will be used only for Olympiad-related communication, result publication, and recognition.
  • By registering, parents/guardians consent to the use of the participant’s name, photograph, and school details for official announcements and promotional purposes.

Technical Issues (for Online Exams):

  • The organizers will not be responsible for any internet failure, power outage, or device malfunction during the test.
  • Re-exams will be considered only in exceptional cases at the discretion of the organizing committee.

Organizer’s Rights:

  • The organizing body reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Olympiad in case of unavoidable circumstances.
  • Any such updates will be communicated in advance through official channels (email, website, or school notice).
